I’d change timing more than program, @OP. In 8–16 week online terms, the real gotcha was rate of pursuit — adding a 1‑credit short course pushed me to 51% so I didn’t lose MHA at all; with ‘parity’ I wouldn’t play that game — could you break your model out for vets stuck at 50%?
