Totally get that struggle. I’ve found that creating a personal skills inventory helped me map my military experience to job descriptions more clearly, especially around how my own leadership aligns with project management roles. Did you find any specific assessments particularly useful?
But i’ve been using the My Skills My Future tool lately, and it really helped me connect my military experience with civilian job titles. It’s a bit tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, you can see those overlaps in skills more clearly. Have you tried any similar assessments like that?
